The author was a Russian occultist, esoteric high priestess, mystic and founder of the Brotherhood of the Golden Arrow and her conferences in Paris in the 1930s were attended by Man Ray and André Breton. Never before in English, her book expounds the tenets of the revolutionary religious system she conceived.
