I always believe in credit where credit is due. These days people are so quick to criticise and we
never take the time to say THANK YOU.

I am an Ambulance Technician my life consists of work, sleep and study and what keeps me going is? BIBLIOPHILE
when I think of giving up I remember the beautiful pile of books accumulating under my bed.

I send in an order and forget about it, its always lovely when the parcel arrives.

Keep up the good work. You bring joy to many and at prices we can afford.

I wanted to thank you for several things (aside from warming the heart of someone who loves both books and bargains):

1) Somehow my latest order arrived on the west coast of Ireland in 4 days. This is unheard of for parcels from UK--in fact, it's downright spooky.

2) The free bookmark was a lovely touch, and the bookmark itself looks far better than the sort that clips onto a page & thus distorts the book.

3) And, perhaps most of all, thank you for using paper & cardboard to cushion the books within the parcel. Styrofoam peanuts are messy and much worse environmentally unsound; it's so nice to have recyclable packaging.

Many thanks for the service that I had from you, again.

The books that I ordered from you were for myself. So what an appropriate day to receive your parcel and it’s contents, all in first-class condition, as normal from you.

What made it extra special was that it was delivered to me on my 78th. birthday.
